A message from Henriette
Well... thank you very much for visiting this site and I hope that it will be of much assistance among my readers and even aspiring authors.
I am (Henriette M Stuart) a pen name; and I am 14 years old. It may appear to be a shock but I wrote Emery back when I was 12. I did this willingly, no one sat me down and insisted that I write a book even if it would not benefit anyone financially. I learnt that writing is an expression, something that one should always do for pleasure just as reading is, sports and all sorts of recreations. I learnt that a book isn't a heavy boredom of words but an expansive universe of imagination and creativity. I wrote Emery with enthusiasm and dedication as it made me enter this new world where every detail and moment would be under my control.
Thus, as I wrote my book; I wish to publish it with a message to all my fellow young writers and authors from whatever corner of the world they are in, I wish to tell them that a book is but pages of words but a voice that will forever be encrypted and one mighty voice that will never be altered. So, if you have a story to tell, sit silently and devote your hours and mind to it and in reality; your words shall speak louder than any vocal on earth.

My words are my voice and my character is my story
Henriette M Stuart is my pen name and the (M) in between is the abbreviation for my name which I intend to keep a secret till I assure myself that it will be comfortable to come out to the public.
I am still in school, but I take a part time interest in reading and of course; writing whenever I can get a chance away from school. Before writing Emery; I read about the downfall of the monarchy in France; the brutality of the reign of terror and how much suffering it caused and also read about the regency age in revolutionized Britain and how it flourished in its unprecedented extravagance. It was as though I was reading (A Tale of two cities) but in a later period.
This era of two different worlds finally gave me the story that I have been seeking all through my writing years. I merged the two stories and seasoned it with romance, science fiction and sadly; a tragedy which unfolded under twenty chapters. The warm summer season and the beautiful blue skies, with a magical world of imagination and fantasy all surrounding me; I can only describe writing Emery as a happy nostalgia. once completed and ready; a tale of much, I glanced as this is as by far my grandest accomplishment.
I look back four years when I was only 8 and remember how much I enjoyed storybooks and exaggerated images that I formed a group of 5 and we began writing and drawing; sagas about anything that inspired us. One in particular (My best friend) a fan of comic books and marvel wrote often of the world of superheroes and out-of -this-world powers. Another wrote about mythology, while the others wrote about animal fiction and of course; fantasies. I wrote about the Titanic, after othe HD movie was released back then and remember drawing over a blank page and writing a paragraph or two and decorating the page with amateur art. I would then punch holes in about 20 papers and bind them with a string and call it a book; ready for the readers' eyes.
I use to think that I would produce several copies in the same manner and sell them in one of my father's stores and maybe, I thought, make £15 a month? Which is something to a 8 year. As I grew older and of course; far much wiser I grew more serious about my future in writing and now here I am; 6 years later, still a child but with a book out there in the market.
Right now; I believe that I have written more than thirty books, four of which are completed and the rest deleted or misplaced, and for the strung up books; they are lost to time.
Anyway; as an author; I developed the passion for writing at a very young age and mostly took it for a joke, but now I see that it is something that adds value to one's life other than fame and wealth. I am currently working on a new book; a historical novel and is my fourth book after Emery.
